HE Laura Clarke OBE, British High Commissioner to New Zealand and Governor of the Pitcairn Islands, finishes her posting in July this year.  In this valedictory address, the High Commissioner will reflect on her time in Aotearoa New Zealand, and on issues such as the post-Brexit Free Trade Agreement, the climate crisis, Covid-19, and our increasingly contested geopolitics -- as well of course as the current state of UK-New Zealand relations.
