In recent months, delegates from the Asia New Zealand Foundation have been active participants in several Prime Ministerial visits to South East Asia.
Dr James To is the Manager for the Asia New Zealand Foundation's Track II Programme. In this address, James will introduce the challenges and prospects of building greater people-to-people ties between New Zealand and Asia.
