Auckland Branch AGM and 'the good, bad and ugly of Washington politics'

The NZIIA Auckland Branch holds its AGM on Weds 1 March, from 6-6.30pm. All Branch members are welcome. 

From 6.30pm Jodi Johnston provides a commentary on the USA mid-term elections, followed by questions and answers. Jodi was in Washington DC during the House of Representatives and Senate election period, and will speak on the happenings on the ground. He will reflect on the political issues, the thinking and actions of the American people, and the impact of media and influencers. As Sir Winston Churchill said, “If you open a quarrel between the past and the present, we shall find we have lost the future?” A question for the USA politicians to answer!

Finger food and drinks will be provided at the conclusion of the talk. Parking is available onsite. The OuterLink bus stops outside.
