SPEAKER:  Jacek Foks, Deputy Director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM)

Mr. Jacek Foks is a lawyer, a manager of states institutions and an international affairs analyst. Since 2016, he has been the Deputy Director of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM), one of the largest analytical institutions in Poland and Central Europe. Between 2010 and 2013, he was the director of the Department of Planning and Sport Policy, and Undersecretary of State for the Polish Ministry of Sport and Tourism. He is a former member of the foundation board of the World Anti-Doping Agency-WADA. He was previously editor in chief of the Polish Foreign Affairs Digest and a member of the board of editors for the Polish Diplomatic Review and Polish Quarterly of International Affairs. His work focuses on Poland’s foreign policy, EU law, international sports law, and other international affairs issues.
